8 week block drop-in led meditation sessions

These sessions are suited to anyone who has previously completed a full course and wishing to maintain their progress.

Dates (2019):

12, 19, 26 January

02 February (no class 09 Feb), 16 February (no class on 23)

02 March (no class on 09), 16 March, 23 March

We will be training at the Large Meeting room, Jersey Hospice Care, Mont Cochon.

We will start 11:40 am prompt and finish 12:20am each session. If you happen to be late don’t worry and just come in but we need to start on time and finish on time so there is no delay at the end, in case others have made plans.
